The rental price includes all set up and breakdown of our property. Renter will be responsible for breakdown and removal of food, beverages, any other trash, decorations, and personal property brought to venue

* Retainer required to hold date -25% of total package.

RECEPTION SIDE EVENT PACKAGE
For small parties such as birthdays or showers (25-75 people)
Includes access to and setup of Reception Side of Venue as well as access to Outdoor Patio (up to 10 tables, inside and outside)
Four hours of access to Venue, additional hours can be added for $85.00 per hour
Package may not be booked more than 45 days in advance
PARTY PACKAGE
CEREMONY SIDE EVENT PACKAGE
For medium size parties or events such as reunions or showers (75-125 people)
Includes access to and setup of only Ceremony Side of Venue (up to 12 tables)
Five hours of access to Venue, additional hours can be added for $85.00 per hour
Package may not be booked more than 60 days in advance
PARTY PACKAGE
WHOLE VENUE EVENT PACKAGE
For large parties or events such as receptions or banquets (100-198 people)
Includes access to and setup of Whole Venue, inside and outside (up to 20 tables)
Six hours of access to Venue, additional hours can be added for $85.00 per hour
Package may not be booked more than 90 days in advance
ALCHOL DISCLAIMER
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND REACH OUT WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS
A deposit in the amount of $500.00 is REQUIRED for all Wedding events that will be serving alcohol. The deposit must be cash or check ONLY. This deposit can be returned if Barns and Bins property remains a clean environment throughout the duration of the event. The deposit will be returned after a thorough examination of Barns and Bins property within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event.
Security is REQUIRED for all events with alcohol. Security is required to remain on premises as long as alcohol is being served. Security must be hired through Barns and Bins to ensure the safety of Clients and Property. Security will be $100 per hour.
Event Insurance is REQUIRED for all events. Event insurance with Host Liquor Liability is required for all events serving alcohol.
