198 guest indoors not including use of the outdoor space. A final count is required before any event.

HOW DO IÂ RESERVE A DATE AND DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Your date will be reserved upon receipt of a signed contract and paid deposit. Deposit is 25% of your package total. Yes! We do offer payment plans. After deposit we will customize a monthly payment plan of your remaining balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. There will be a walk through before and after the event to access property. Renter is responsible for any damages to the property.
VENDOR INFO?
You may use your choice of outside vendors for your event. Barns and Bins is not responsible for any belongings of vendors. Barns and Bins is excited to offer custom alcohol packages for events starting in 2023. WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED DURING EVENTS?
No fire, flameless candles only. No fireworks. Sparklers must be approved before event. Live greenery must have a liner under. Renters are responsible for stains left on floors. NO SILK PETALS. Renter is responsible for live petals or confetti used both inside and outside.
ALCOHOL?
Effective October 1, 2022, Barns and Bins is excited to offer alcohol packages. With the approval of our ABC license there are rules and regulations to be followed. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the licensed premise, except those which are purchase through an ABC wholesaler meaning clients will no longer be able to bring in alcohol for events unless the alcohol is purchased through Barns and Bins.
We soon hope to have a menu and price list for clients who wish to purchase alcohol for their event. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding this matter. Event insurance required, exclusions may apply. Bar and Security Service Available.

DETAILED ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED
Separate indoor chapel and reception hall, outdoor ceremony space, 12 decorative whiskey barrels, 18Â round tables, 10 rectangle tables, white and ivory tablecloths, 75 white chairs, 60 brown chairs, 14Â church style pews in chapel. Bridal suite has 2 salon style chairs, wrap around mirrors, en-suite handicap accessible restroom. Grooms suite, indoor bar area, full warming kitchen including ice machine, stove, microwave, warming oven, prep station, fridge and cooler. Interior and exterior set up and clean up. Shower and handicap accessible restrooms throughout venue and staff on premises. Event insurance required. Exclusions may apply.

Once you rent the venue you also have access to the property for engagement, save the date and bridal portrait photography sessions. You may schedule that with the property manager.
